Hoop Club Box 22 Reveal

We're really honoured to have Miesje Chafer as the designer of our box 22. Miesje is just so talented, she is a screen printer, needlepoint designer, paper artist and quilter to name just a few! She combines colour, and pattern and texture in such a unique way. It was really hard to choose one project for the box, so we've chosen two! The first is this little pouch...

So we're going to give you the instructions and materials to make this into a little pouch/purse, to store cards or coins OR you could make it into a little needle book, with some felt pages to store all your different needles. It involves a bit of quilting and learning how to stitch on the binding (the blue bit). So you'll learn some great new skills!

Then the second project is this freestyle hoop! We've printed one of Miesje's designs onto our lovely cotton fabric and we'll give you a choice of threads and some suggested stitches - but it's up to you to freestyle! Of course you can follow our lead if you prefer, there's also plenty of inspiration for embroidery on Miesje's page.
