This kit is stitched in a cream thread onto a black fabric. It’s one we recommend for confident beginners as it just uses a back stitch, but some of the areas are a bit more intricate than our simpler designs.

A really lovely design, nice and simple for beginner. It was a shame that's it's a dark design printed onto lighter fabric and that the needle wasn't finer - a lot of stitches have laddered the fabric giving a vague white halo to the pattern. Also the cardboard circle provided to finish the backing was too small and would need to be glued if I wanted to finish the piece properly
