Poor value for money

What an amazing company. Ordered the heart (which I had fancied for ages but was out of stock). Beautifully packaged with love and care. I have only just started to embroider it so picture not available but when I realised my next shipment was due and I wasn't ready for it they didn’t skip a beat. The orders department stopped the shipment and popped the money back into my account. No fuss no palaver just sorted it. This is the way to run a business where your customers come first. Fabulous company who deserve to do well. Thank you

I’m loving working on my heart brooch. It’s quite fiddly, but great learning a new technique.

I loved making the heart brooch, it was a perfect level for me, slightly challenging but not enough to put me off. I'm so pleased with the finished product!
