We’ll show you how to do a few key stitches in the instructions but you could choose to add your own delicate buttons or mini pom poms to create a truly unique Christmas decoration.
And like all of our kits, we like to make it as easy as possible for you to get your creation up on the wall, so it comes with it’s own backing disc that goes over the fabric and the back, with no glue and no fuss!

Neat little kit with wadding and backing disk as well as the thread and trimmings, ready for you to make your own. I used watercolour paint to make the tree green and am embellishing with beads and sequins instead of the pom poms provided.

Bought this for my mum who can embroider. She received it today and called to thank me but felt she had to tell me it was very expensive for what it is and will literally take her 1/2 he to complete as the tree itself is printed and you just embroider some garlands on it. Probably my fault for not reading the description fully or maybe not understanding it properly as it doesn’t say the tree is printed. So I would say this isn’t worth the money as it won’t entertain someone for very long.

Love this kit. The fabric and tree print are a great little project. There are instructions for basic stitches to assist in decorating the tree and the addition of a star and pom-poms if you wish.
I just need to decide on the decorations I wish to add. I’ve been practicing my skills on other cotton Clara sets before letting myself lose on this project.

My 10 year old granddaughter received this as a gift. The idea seems to be simply to add decorations to the given tree print. The print is shade of grey so only resembles a Xmas tree in shape. To add decorations would require an existing knowledge of even basic embroidery and enough skill to make them both small and neat. NOT a project for most children or beginners.
