Shipping policy

When will my item be dispatched?

We work to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. We ship Monday to Friday so if you order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.

What are your shipping charges for general items?

If you are in the UK, we charge domestic shipping price of £3.95 for Royal Mail 48, £5.95 Royal Mail 24, Shipping is free over £50. These services are tracked but only at the point Royal Mail attempt to deliver, you will be sent your tracking number and you can see as much as we can with this tracking number. Please always double check your address is correct before ordering as this may not be able to be changed once you have ordered.

If you are in the US, we charge a $17.95 flat fee which includes all fees and tariffs (i.e. we ship DDP to the US) If you are ordering from the US please add your phone number in for shipping purposes.

For the rest of the world shipping is calculated based on the weight of your items. 

What are your shipping charges for Hoop Club Subscription?

If you are in the UK, shipping for Hoop Club boxes is free. 

For the rest of the world, shipping is charged at £10 per box. 

How long will my item take to get to me?

We send all UK 48 Royal Mail, and international items, International Tracked. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, check your spam as they often end up there.

UK post  is usually delivered within 48 hours but can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to arrive (especially during peak times), if your order still hasn't arrived after this time please contact us info@cottonclara.com.
