We're currently looking for new team members to join our fast growing company. We have vacancies for full and part-time staff in our fulfilment team, you'll be making kits, helping out with the post and packing orders. It's a physical job so you need to be able to be on your feet for long periods of time and move sometimes heavy boxes. Location: Cotton Clara Studio, Loughborough

Hours: Full & Part-time (Office hours 9-5pm)

Pay: £12.21/hr

About the Role: 

As a Fulfilment Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer receives their order with the quality and care that Cotton Clara is known for. Whether you're assembling kits, picking and packing orders, or managing inventory, you'll play a vital role in delivering a brilliant experience to our customers every time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble Products: Assemble our unique kits and components with precision

  • Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately.

  • Inventory Management: Receive, log and unpack deliveries, assist with stock-takes, and ensure our inventory is organised.

  • Studio Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and inspiring workspace, contributing to daily opening and closing routines. 

  • Administration: Assist with managing customer ecommerce accounts and complete other administrative tasks as needed.

  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive team, always ready to lend a hand and ask for help when needed. Uphold company values and contribute to a positive workplace.
